High Plains Builders, LLC


High Plains Builders  places our emphasis on superior workmanship,  and customer satisfaction. As a company, our goal is to set a new standard of building with our attention to detail, high quality materials and personal service. Our inclusive services begin with land acquisition and continue through design, layout, construction and finishing touches to create a seamless and personal experience for each customer.

Our expertise comes from 52 combined years of experience in the building industry. Our President, Tony Wille, has been in the building industry since 1983, with experience in construction management and framing. Tony has worked on multi-family projects including five projects totaling over 400 units in Estes Park, Colorado, as well as a broad range of single family homes ranging from entry-level to custom in both Gillette and other areas.

Vice President Dusti Criqui is a graduate of the Emporia State University (Kansas) with a Bachelors Degree in Chemistry. Dusti is the CFO and oversees the home design of the Company’s projects since 2006, bringing a distinctive style and raising the bar for the Company’s clients with organization and eye for design.

Superintendent, Steve Spear assists in all aspects of construction to ensure our timeliness and quality. Steve joined the High Plains Builders’ team in 2015. He works closely with our subcontractors to successfully bring projects from inception to completion.
